Canada's Ratification of two International Conventions

For your information, please find attached the International Maritime Organization (IMO) circulars number 35 and number 11 regarding the ratification by Canada on October 2, 2009, of the Supplementary Fund Protocol of 2003 and the Bunkers Convention of 2001. Both of these conventions will come into force in Canada on January 2, 2010.
